1.  Data we collect

We collect data that you enter in our site(s) (e.g. if data collection forms) as well as all data you enter while using Agrostis software services (e.g. ifarma – Farm management software), hereunder «Services», through web-based and/or mobile applications. Data can include names, addresses, email, credit card numbers, telephones, social security numbers etc., hereunder referred as “Your Data”

We use cookies to improve and personalize access to our sites and Services and to recognize recurring visitors. We do not collect data regarding your computer, your location, your browser, your IP etc. When using mobile apps from mobile devices we might collect and store a device identification code that we connect with your account to send user specific content to this device.

We use third party tools and services (e.g. Google Analytics) to better understand the use of our Services. Some of these tools record information about your device and browser. The use of this information by the third parties is described in the privacy policies of the respective tools and services. We do not link this information with Your Data.


2. Data Use

Your Data are used for:

·      Improving our customer service and support  

·      Communication with you (e.g. via e-mails)


You own Your Data and retain all rights to it. Agrostis does not own Your Data and is not responsible and liable in any way for the content in case of illegal, abusive, harassing, harmful to reputation otherwise objectionable content in our reasonable opinion. Agrostis can, but has no obligation, to monitor Your Data.

By accepting this privacy policy, you hereby grant to Agrostis a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access, use, reproduce and prepare derivative works based on Your Data for the purpose of providing the Services hereunder and to improve or enhance the Services.

Also, you give us the license to compile, use and disclose anonymous, aggregated statistics that include Your Data, provided that no such information will directly identify and cannot reasonably be used to identify you or your users.

Your Data may be accessible by other users of the Service(s) depending on the functionality and privacy settings of the Service(s).

In case you are a Service user, you grant to Agrostis a non-exclusive, non-transferable limited right to use your name, trademarks, and logos in publishing of material on our website and production of marketing materials to promote our Services.


3. Non Disclosure

We do not disclose, sell or give away Your Data to any third party.

Compelled Disclosure: We may access or disclose information about you, and Your Data, in the event that we (a) are required by an applicable court, legislative or administrative body to disclose Confidential Information; or (b) believe in good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to protect personal safety or avoid violation of applicable law or regulation.


4. Security

We will maintain commercially reasonable administrative, physical and technical safeguards to protect the security, confidentiality and integrity of Your Data.


5. Your rights to access, update, restrict and erase

To access, update, erase or restrict your Data, you can either use our Application Servises as applicable and in any case you could contact Agrostis (T. +30 2310 804981,, Ant Tritsi 21B, Thessaloniki, 570 01,Greece).

Data Retention and Deletion procedures are described in the license agreement for each Services. Personal data you provided in forms in our sites can be deleted by unsubscribing from our newsletter(s) as following the instructions in each email.


6. Access to Data

Your data can be accessed only by specifically designated Agrostis personnel bound by Non-Disclosure Agreement, and only for the purposes of provides our Services.


7. Policy changes

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent. We will post any privacy policy changes on our site(s) and Services and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice via email, 15 days in advance.
